Certified Yoga Teacher

Praggati is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-400) with Yoga Alliance, as well as a Software Engineer with years of experience in the corporate world. While on a break from the software industry, she delved into natural healing and pursued a PhD in Natural Medicine. Additionally, she is a Certified Body and Emotion Code Practitioner and a Certified Numerologist and Consultant.

Around 2011, Praggati came across Yoga in her quest for inner peace and mindfulness. The consistent and persistent practice helped her overcome health challenges stemming from the daily stresses of life and burnout. This profound experience led her to pursue Yoga certification, enabling her to share the healing benefits of Yoga with others and bring positivity into their lives.

Praggati specializes in teaching Iyengar Yoga, which focuses on precise alignment of postures and aims to achieve perfection in yoga poses through the use of props. She also teaches Rocket Yoga, a dynamic and fast-paced yoga flow. Her mission is to assist individuals struggling with burnout, offering relief through Yoga and meditation, helping them to manage stress and pain effectively.

I have arthritis in my knees and it recently really flared up and i was limping. Since i have been attending Praggati's session, i have been able to start my strength training exercises and even some running again. She has a lot of patience and corrects our postures in the class. It was a very nice session with your guidance, even it was only three. However, your advice for my knee pain is really working. I started placing a towel behind my knees two times, and it started to give very clear relief. I can say it's more or less gone..some times still little pain, but very far better.
