Focus: Tech Neck/Shoulders and Wrists stretching
Overview: Start things out nice and easy, get your blood flowing, play around with simple poses to relieve tension and tightness in the neck, shoulders and wrists.

Focus: Hamstrings stretching
Overview: Work into some traditional poses and loosen up hamstrings to help prevent back pain, knee pain, and foot pain and rediscover freedom in movement.

Focus: Core strengthening
Overview: Turn up the heat and build strength in the core which is really the center of all movements. A strong core provides better balance and better posture.

Focus : Heart opening
Overview: Stretch and strengthen the spine to help keep the back strong and mobile. These backbending/chest opening poses affect not just the physical structure of the chest where the heart resides, but the energetic and emotional capacity (love, compassion, acceptance, gratitude). Duration ~ 30 Minutes
Focus: Hip opening
Overview: Release tight hips for better posture and to reverse the effects of constant sitting and facilitate the movement of stagnant energy throughout the body.
Duration ~ 30 Minutes

I have arthritis in my knees and it recently really flared up and i was limping. Since i have been attending pragati's session, i have been able to start my strength training exercises and even some running again. She has a lot of patience and corrects our postures in the class. Also, a lot of focus on different parts of the body, like shoulders, knees, back etc. Highly recommend it.
Pragati is very knowledgeable and passionate about yoga. The online videos are also well organized and instructions are very clear. I do refer to them to carry out my practices.

It was a very nice session with your guidance, even it was only three. However, your advice for my knee pain is really working. I started placing a towel behind my knees two times, and it started to give very clear relief. I can say it's more or less gone..some times still little pain, but very far better. I would definitely recommend Pragati. She is highly knowledged in Yoga. Pragati takes care that we do it correct as alignments are important in yoga. It was a great class with Pragati. It takes long time to master Iyengar yoga and Pragati is a wonderful teacher. Body feels energetic after the alignments and holding poses for a while.
